1. To assist in establishing and developing quality Institutions.
  2. To ensure that the rights of all students who aspire for more responsible roles in their career pursuits are provided by the member.
  3. To encourage the Institution to strive for self-improvement and excellence through continued evaluation.
  4. To assure that the Institution approved by UAC offers programs that meet national and international standards.
  5. To promote and encourage non-traditional and post-secondary education and the extended campus concept of quality before quantity.
  6. To recognize external degree programs, but to continually search for new definitions of quality.
  7. To support the programs provided by the member Institution, as long as it is within the legal guidelines of the promised degrees.
